This online digital version of the original SPEED questionnaire was designed and developed by Anna Badawi, a senior and aspiring mathematician at Glenbrook South High School in Glenview, Illinois, as part of her commitment to improving the lives of others through education.
Working alongside her father, an ophthalmologist, she identified a need to streamline dry eye disease screening and created this tool to help eye care professionals better serve their patients. This project reflects her passion for applying technology to real-life situations.
